WHAT: Presented by Clavo Music and UBO, The Evolution of Cool is Omawi’s debut as the new, young face of reggaeton. The Evolution of Cool showcases the 25-year-old Puerto Rican rapper’s abilities to bring a fresh approach to the reggaeton genre. Rapping in English and Spanish, Omawi Bling made his mark in the music industry as part of El Draft 2005, the American Idol-esque competition presenting the new generation of reggaeton superstars.

Omawi Bling displays his exemplary talents on Evolution of Cool. Host to the single “Tocame En Secreto (Rapture)” featuring Leonor, the track broke through national radio and has been added in regular rotation throughout the United States. “Tocame En Secreto (Rapture)” samples the melodic hook of hip-hop pioneer KRS-One’s “Step Into A World (Rapture's Delight)”. “Amores Amores”, the follow-up album single, features multi-platinum selling R&B crooner Brian McKnight. Omawi and Brian will star in the video for the track, releasing soon under Clavo Music. Omawi’s lyrical skills and playful party anthems make their debut on Evolution of Cool , a welcomed addition to the reggaeton genre.
